You agree to:

• Provide us accurate information when creating an account.
• Use the platform legally and responsibly.
• Not upload any offensive content.
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights.

EkoGo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the rules.

Users can:

• Leave reviews.
• Add ratings
• submit reports about restaurants or comments

Rules:

• Reviews must be based on real experiences
• Reports must be used responsibly
• Abusive or false reporting may result in account limitations
• If a restaurant receives more than 10 reports within 2 weeks, the EkoGo team will review the case.

Restaurant owners agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the restaurant
• Keep operating hours and menu up to date
• Fill out badge status forms truthfully
• Respond to notifications if their listing receives reports

Badges (Food, Energy, Waste, Social) are assigned automatically based on:

• Forms submitted by the restaurant
• Requirements fulfilled
• User reports

Restaurants may lose badges if requirements are not met.

EkoGo does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of restaurant information
• That dietary or allergen details are fully correct
• The behavior or quality of any third-party business

Users understand that restaurants provide all content related to food, menus, badges, and dietary claims.

You can delete your account at any time.

EkoGo may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All graphics, design elements, badges, icons, and text belong to EkoGo.

Copying or redistributing content is not allowed without permission.

We may update these Terms at any time.

The new version will be posted here with an updated date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
